Tip from Human-Centred Design and AI Ethical Writing:


When using AI to reply to emails, and to create content, etc.:


  • At least delete a double hyphen (--) /an em dash (—) to prevent being easily recognised as "a sloppy AI writer".


  • Before AI, Humans never used them in formal and informal emails, only in academic writing, etc.


  • Who coded it...got too "over-serious" with "correctness" and not human-user-friendliness.


  • Less AI writing = better results with organic SEO/SEM, etc.


  • Better received by the recipient leads to better long-lasting engaging outcomes.


  • It is a form of genuine respect and real Human 2 Human care with AI help.


  • Editorial writing: keep more Humane, not "AI-mane".


  • A singular hyphen (with space before and after "abc - xyz" in Editorial Design is good to go, and it feels natural and reads natural.


  • Stand out from the crowd by adding your own individual style as AI emails with repetitive, overused, and blurred, are simply boring.


  • Lack of original social media content, decreasing the tone of the brand, and company voice.


  • They are already becoming recognised as annoying Ads, Take-away Flyers and Adobe Flash pop-up windows; the human eye-brain detects them and skips them. Resistance applies. 🥷🏻


  • Check and verify AI and prevent it from being spotted in a split second.


  • Emotional IQ is not implemented in AI (yet). Take this into account to not sound robotic equal fake. Authenticity is a key element in successful communication.


  • Enjoy Human writing with the support of AI. Not vice versa.
