Coworkinn at Sandyford - Cosy Review of Co-Working Space in Dublin, Ireland šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ’»šŸ‘ØšŸ»ā€šŸ’»

Consumer Rights Law and GDPR do apply. Customer independent reviews are based on personal experiences and do varies from person to person. Experience matters, honest reviews too, that's how we all can grow as we all provide business, service or product. Professionalism matter.

Most of my reviews 95% are 5 or 4 ā so well done for those who gets 5 (I love it) or 4 ( I like it) stars! 3 ā review is also a good review, more neutral, means "It is OK".

Sadly, some places do need to get 2 (I dislike) or 1 (I hate). I do not like the "hate" word. But well, that's what Google decide. I am not fall in love with Google itself in everything what they do, but actually about reviews, I must say, I do value very much, what they do.

Leaving negative review it is risky, if you meet some unprofessional business owner, because on Google your name is visible, but because it is visible is trustworthy. But I decide to take this risk because my aim is to help businesses growth, to challenge them if necessary and to appreciate them. It is rarely happening that actually I do visit places or receive not so good service or I am not happy with the product. I bring more good by appreciating good stuff about those business and politely highlight what can be improve and/or should be change. However, every feedback is only based on individual experiences and should be always evaluated with other feedbacks.

I do believe as User Experience Designer that User Feedback is EVERYTHING.

More feedbacks from honest Users than better. I feel Google Reviews actually should pay Customers for every feedback they leave. That time every business will get a proper amount of feedbacks from everyone who ever use their services or get their products.

Also, I am graduates from the most recognisable and highly accredited Tourism and Hospitality Industry High School in Zakopane, Poland, and across many years I had been exposed to the highest range of hospitality. This industry teaches you a lot about customer care and service.

Constructive and honest, detail-oriented feedback from Users, Customers and Guests bring value to the business, organisations, companies, hotels, and off course to day to day technologies, which we do use.

Important: Feedbacks must be created to increase the potential of the business, service and product not to bring any harm.

However it is up to the business's owner if can receive the professional feedback well and do not take it personally. Unfortunately, if that's the case, this business is not able to actually grow and bring more traffic to their services, offline or online.

You can follow me on Google as Local Guide to find out what type of style of feedback do I have and what kind fo reviews I do give. šŸ˜Š See you there!

TIME TO START REVIEW

Coworkinn is a very cosy co-working space. Immediately, you feel like in a cozy, friendly, easy going office with a casual atmosphere, which makes you feel like you know this place longer than just few minutes. Even if it is little place, it gives birth to the BIG IDEAS. If you like something different than standard, massive, huge co-working space, that's the place for YOU!

ESTABLISHMENT

It is older, then you think. It is already more than 10 years on the Irish Co-Working office market. Actually it is one of the first one and the oldest one. Surprise. šŸ˜ƒIt is fully independent and it is run fully by the Owner, Mike Hannigan, which is really cool, because it means that YOUR idea of your OWN Co-Working space (not franchise business) can work out too. šŸ„³

LOCATION

So here we are in Sandyford!! Coming from City Centre all the way to South with Dublin mountain just on the foot step. Well, well, that's on the edge of Dublin on the other side than mine (at this stage of life). And I really felt like going on day trip, which in my case I do like it. I drive a lot anyway because I do like it. Why? Because driving makes my brain rest at peace and I have plenty time to do so. However, it might not be for everyone. So let's keep searching the best place and let's have fun by doing it. šŸ˜„

GOOD STUFF

COZINESS

Oh, that's time for cozy list and this list will be long. If anything above, doesn't bother you, and I am sure, some of you do not bother about the view, ignore the sound or even are fine with any location, you might also live here close by, this place have something what others (which I have seen so far) simply do not have.

COZY LIST LET'S BEGUN!

  1. Little office based on 2 floors, bigger plan on the lower floor and smaller plan on the top floor. It is nicely divided by the internal staircase facing window.

  2. Desks with draws - plenty draws. Perfect for Full Time Dedicated Desks.

  3. Desks lamps - really nice one, modern plus standing lamps.

  4. Plenty Natural big plants. It makes you feel like at home. P.S.: Even I do not have plants at home. šŸ˜†Silly me, shall I get one? šŸ˜šŸŒ±At least cactus...šŸŒµNo, no cactuses please!

  5. Very Comfortable armchairs.

  6. Fancy a locker - here you have one!

  7. Free - good - coffee!!

  8. Direct contact with friendly, easy going Founder and Owner, Mike.

  9. Nowadays, co-working place grow like mushrooms. The good thing about it that if you travel, you can use other offices globally totally for free, but if you do not consider to travel and work, the independent co-working place is pretty good. Personally as I mentioned before, Coworkinn makes you connected with Mike's idea and keep you wanting to create your own place, maybe one day, who knows. šŸ˜ƒ

  10. Plenty shelves, where you can leave all what you want.

  11. Off course standards office supplies, speed of wi-fi etc.

  12. Various price range, all kind of options possible, even if you need only one day a week.

  13. Free Day Trail - we know I already like that and that's why we are here! šŸ¤“

  14. The most IMPORTANT I left for the end: it is small, meaning for just approx 20-30 max people. This means that you will know well, the other Coworkinn nerds, founders, investors, independently working people, freelancers and you can create not only a good atmosphere but also create something BIG together!

  15. More intimate, cosy, family type atmosphere with excellent focus and full on concentration!

  16. Flexible price, timing, open anytime, more independent. You can come at any time and stay as long as you want. You open and close door if you like too.

  17. Great location for grocery shopping, lunch breaks, business meetings in

  18. Small but ok size business room, no need to pay extra as it is small co-working space everything is fluid and works in symbiosis.

  19. Natural LIGHT - plenty!

  20. Lots of room. Office could fit much more desks but the place cares about space, not only for ideas to work on but also to move around.

  21. Interior Design is standard, let's say average but if you look for less distraction, more normality, this place is good for you.

  22. Very Clean and quite ok organise.

  23. The biggest desks and biggest most comfy chairs.

  24. The most important, I feel good here, it is cosy and I do recommend it especially if you are looking for something cosy, close by and for a good price.

  25. Bored or wanna relax over lunch break, grab one of many books, no need to buy it!

Now it is time for lunch so let's finish this cosy review and let's eat!

Hungry might change to an angry.

HERE COMES THE BALANCE

LESS GOOD STUFF

Parking - for those who drive, you have to pay parking in the shopping centre, or on the other side of the road or walk 10 minutes if you prefer have a free one. Check parking locations and compare the prices and choose the best option for yourself.

MY DESIRER IS TO FIND THE RIGHT PLACE, where I feel RIGHT.

Meaning: Catchy and Cosy for A GOOD PRICE with a GOOD VIBE!

2 main factors, which I do not like:

Yes, let's start with dislikes because, there is plenty LIKES. šŸ¤©

VIEW

Unfortunately, there is no view, even if Coworkinn is allocated just at the great spot, Dublin Mountain, the office even has a huge windows is located facing the most ugly, unfinished apartment building. Pity that Dublin Architects can ruin something like this and not even f.ck sick finishes it. WHERE IS THE BRAIN OF THE URBAN DESIGN IN THIS CITY!? Anyway...let's go back to positive signs as there are many.

Although wait a moment! I have to be honest, there is one thing which bothers me before, I will write plenty good ones! šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

NOISE

If you like a grave yard silent, this place is not for you. I do like silent. I do like noise but the good one - meaning MUSIC, not really sound of constant traffic. Yes, sorry guys, it is loud here but I do have sensitive hearing sense, and I spent few years in business park with bunnies, foxes and falcons and I live outside of city centre for a bit of time so take this under consideration and check yourself. šŸ™‚I am sure you can get used to to the sound after awhile. However, I do not feel it is healthy to get use to to the things, which in my case bother me. So, I will be searching further. šŸ„³Office is located on the one of the top floors in a massive, big apartments and shopping centre building, which is just next to crossroad and busy street so you hear that traffic non-stop, however some of you might find out this is actually stimulating. We all need different things in our Life, that's why we have plenty options to choose from.

Would I decide to become member of Coworkinn?

I do recommend as mentioned before, however, no rush, plenty places to discover. I have time to make decision or decision will be make for me. Who knows? Next company in the next Co-Working Space? Life might brings it itself. Driving every day on the other side of Dublin, maybe be a hassle plus extra cost and there is no view and that traffic so, let's keep looking. šŸ‘€

Bon Appetite!
