"Steal as Artist" a commonly known phrase to get inspiration from but not to recreate is not in favour of AI as decrease their own ability to create without the input of Human.
To have its own style AI needs to level up.
AI has a place, and it will have a place just like most inventions. It might even have a major place in comparison to anything else.
However, look around: even with the invention of the internet, e-books somehow people still buy hard-copy books, writers do write, publishers do print and tons of printed magazines are still available, even if they do not serve nature, trees, etc. (but that's for another subject).
Even if almost everyone has an entire library and news in their own pocket on their own smartphone still we do not get rid of books, Kindle claimed that years ago...but well it didn't happen.
Be calm. Use AI when you want to. Do not trust everything that you see, hear and read. Be sceptical and you will be fine. Trust after research never before at the start.
With the job market - adapt. As every other generation needed to. Do not blame the invention of AI.
Imagine the Sailors and Bus and Train drivers - did they blame Aircraft Pilots for taking their cargo and passengers?
Change with progress or against it will always exist. Adaptation is the survival key principle.

The Real Fine Arts cannot be inspired too much by what is exciting already, or mimic too much of someone's else style, theme, etc.
Art must be original. Otherwise, it is IKEA. Otherwise, it is just a craft. Craft is created to be sold followed by trends of mass consumption, not the artist's calling.
Art does not give fuck if it will be sold or not. At least when is in the process of creation.
Repetitiveness is not original. Regardless if it is done by humans or AI. After a while, the excitement about AI will be decreasing in the natural process of being outdated.
Why is so loud now about AI even though it was already there...have no idea, probably because it became open, OpenAI indeed.
And when will be open for too long it will become boring, overused, and overwhelming. We Humans quickly become disinterested, fatigued, and tired. So how AI could survive our disposal attitude what is dull and blasé? It has to do it fast as when we are still inattentive.
So maybe AI should be hidden somewhere else like God and only be seen through the suspicious eye searching for truth,...
Imagine having one of a million songs, poems, articles, and paintings (digital those days only) based on existing pieces collected in a database created by AI in a fast speed time.
