Changing careers is one of the most courageous things I have done, scarier than sailing through the dark sea or climbing more than 4 000 m or moving to new countries or letting go of relationships which no longer have a purpose or fulfilment. But all of this can be done and brings so much new life force like being born again! I think the only scarier thing is giving birth and raising the child. But that's for another story. Be Brave, Be Bold! New Career is waiting for You! Just grab it. Carol Gustav Jung said "Life really does begin at forty. Up until then, you are just doing research." So do not settle for less. Never. Climb the highest peaks, sail through the deepest and darkest seas and reach the highest potential of your creative and analytical mind. And only say "Yes", when you really know "This is it"! Do not have a second guess. As a Designer, you indeed design your life. It is hocus pocus magic! Before you will able to turn your head to look behind, you will be already on a new career path. So "Just Do It!" as Nike says. She is "the personified victory in any field including art, music, war, and athletics" (Wikipedia). Just do it and You will not regret it. Promise!
