Regardless the age, gender, nationality, status, and any biases all kind of shapes and forms.

THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. What else is left?
If you stick with inside the box, you are bored so do not even start with personal branding.
You have just cannot keep the game on the top by playing SAFE.
DO NOT STICK WITH THE SAME THINKING ROUTINE, WHICH EVERYONE HAS.
It might be harder in the beginning but only ONLY you can be recognised by BEING YOU.
Not some 2nd or 3rd version or maybe 10th version of someone else who is out there already.
That's comes to working in a small team and and as well in the large one and to be present in social media, which ever you prefer.
MY preferable are for start: Blog on my website, LinkedIn as it is already professional network out there ready to connect, maybe back on the larger scale Instagram for Visual and easy posts with pics and snaps of videos. Definitely NOT THE TWITTER until I fully not fall in love in it and I feel it won't happen in this life time.
But, well, different cookies for different Cookie Monsters. So choose the one which you LOVE, ADORE and you are FUN of it.

NOT NECESSARY as there is a tendency in XXI to only and mostly do and think and feel and speak and promote POSITIVE THINKING
What I have learnt is first TO BE REAL and secondly to be CONTROVERSIAL
But How? Apparently all wants to hear good vibes. Well, not necessary. NEW TREND COMES WITH ME.

No sweet small talks only (although time to time is good too, for a bit of break from those hard shell nuts) and who knows me, they know I do not buy b.s. NEVER EVER.

that's called BACKGROUND of Personality based on such a stuff as Culture, Nationality, Family, Professions, Music and MOSTLY VALUES, MISSION AND LIFE CHOICES.
DO SOMETHING IMPORTANT FOR YOU and IMPORTANT FOR THOSE WHO YOU WILL REACH TO.
How about controversial?
Controversial but not too controversial meaning no offensive!
It is ok, and even more than welcome to be controversial, but never offensive.
SPEAK WHAT YOU THINK but with the right attitude. MANNERS DO APPLY even if time to time you have to call things by direct NAMES.
CONTROVERSIAL IS CHALLENGING AS IT DOESN'T FIT TO THE MAIN STREAM
Always BE RESPECTFUL!
CONTROVERSIAL MEANS not SHAMING OTHERS but touching difficult or indifferent subject if that's your aim, well, that's mine.
Mixture of funky, unusual, serious and suddenly funny and quirky (we wrote about it awhile ago).
If you aren't anything different how do you want to stand out?
BE YOU BE YOURSELF
Be guffy, by funny, be serious, be formal, be informal...but do not be BORING.
Am I a bore? well, you have to decide.
But even if I am, time to time, I am not the same.
DO NOT BE THE SAME...PLEASE.

As Passionate is the only Way Worth Living for. When passion is no more existing within you how others find the passionate about this what you are trying to delivery or creating content for. Wake up your Passion each time when you Wake up your mind from the different dimension dreams after each night. And mostly enjoy it! Life is one big roller coaster so why not try a ride. After Marry-Go-Around will come to place. And in the between peaceful walk with ease and contentment.
